Jerry D. Goldstein
Jerry Goldstein is an attorney who has been described as "appropriately patient but equally aggressive in growing and protecting his clients' interests".
Certified in corporate reorganization by St. Johns University School of Law, with degrees from the University of Miami in International Finance and Marketing, a Juris Doctor and hands on experience with all size corporations at all levels, Jerry brings a unique and extremely valuable approach to working with individuals and business clients.
Goldstein has prepared and argued cases in United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. He has served as a consultant to the State of Connecticut Senate Minority Leader and The State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, Air Management Chief. Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Connecticut in 1993, he holds experience in the areas of Section 1983 Civil Litigation, EEO Litigation, Business Valuation Litigation, Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Corporate Law.
In his 17 years of practice, Mr. Goldstein has counseled hundreds of individuals through the personal bankruptcy process.
A recipient of the Urban Redevelopment Pioneer Award of Lehigh County in 2005, Jerry has garnered a reputation of success in organizing, financing and re-developing economically depressed communities. He has also owned and operated corporate shared office real estate and develops both residential and commercial real estate. Jerry also holds a state finance certification conferred by the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority in 2008.
Jerry is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, and the Association of Retail Collection Professionals.
Damon A. Vespi
Damon A. Vespi, a Member of the Firm, primarily concentrates his practice in Litigation, and Personal Injury. He also serves as General Counsel to the Township of Lyndhurst. Mr. Vespi has other major focuses on employment and matrimonial matters. He has been an adjunct professor to Seton Hall University since 2000 teaching introduction to contract law.
Mr. Vespi received his BA from Seton Hall University, Cum Laude, in 1992 and his JD from Roger Williams University in 1998. He is licensed in the United States District Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the State of New Jersey. In 1999 Mr. Vespi served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Carmen A. Ferrante, Civil Division, Passaic County and Superior Court for the State of New Jersey.
Peter J. Vazquez, Jr.
Peter J. Vazquez, Jr. specializes in civil litigation and represents individuals, corporations, and governmental entities in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. His practice emphasizes the areas of commercial litigation and construction litigation. As a sub-specialty, Peter assists numerous medical providers in realizing payment for outstanding monies whether through litigation or the PIP arbitration process. Peter is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York and has served as chairperson and panelist on the Essex County Fee Arbitration Committee.
